Launceston to Deloraine Mini Trail

Local Favourites & Meet the Makers
This scenic trail winds from city to country, connecting small-scale producers, cellar doors, brewers and growers. From spirits and craft beer to honey, truffles, cool-climate wine and ice cream, there are plenty of reasons to pull over, taste something new and meet the makers.
Make a weekend of it: we recommend 2–3 days, staying at Springfield Deer Farm’s farm stay or among the vines at Meander Valley Vineyard.

Begin with award-winning small-batch spirits made from local grain and pure Tasmanian water. Settle into the sleek tasting room for a flight of gin, whisky or vodka. 🥃
